Overview

I mind my own business and expect all guests to do the same. I won't invade your privacy or personal space, and i expect the same. The neighborhood is quiet, private, and respectable, so there are no parties, drama, or loud music unless prior notice given so i can let the neighbors know in advance. You can use the jetskis and/or boat (if they are available and once i get to know and trust you. I am pretty laid back and flexible. Communication is key. Keep your space clean. Pay your rent on time (whatever date we decide rent is due). I'm flexible on the date- along as it's before the 6th.
