I have a room for renting $1000 for 1 person ($1,300 for 2 people) & all utilities are covered. $300 deposit. In riverside, 5 mins to freeway 91 & 60/ fairmount park & mt. Rubidoux park .10 mins to ucr, cbu, rcc. Access to kitchen, laundry, shared bathroom with other tenants (mom & her 26 year old daughter) you'll have own parking space in driveway, pantry space. Visitors are allowed. This is a gated community home. With cameras & alarm for security. I'm a 30-year-old woman with my husband (33) , 2 dachshund dogs live here. Let me know if you're interested.
