Overview

3 bedroom duplex. My wife recently passed. I have had a couple roommates. One didn't work out. Wicked pig amd drunk. I don't mind social drinking but not a drunk. I feel every home needs a women's presence and this place needs that. I am a super clean amd organized person and expected the same from roommates. I am not looking for a boarder. I want a roommate who watches tv in the living room amd comes out of there room. I am very 420 friendly.
