Renter pays for water and cable, owner is responsible for gas and electric. Other utilities are included in the monthly rent, minimum lease duration starts from twelve month, first month rent is required for moving in, last month rent is due at signing, small pets (up to 25pounds) are permitted. Smoking is allowed.
