Soo i pay 741 a month no deposit or anything bc i paid for it already for the entire year.I have 2 roommates, one is a nurse and one is in school.We each split the bills in the house like, gas, trash, pdg&e, wifi, and etc.With the bills we always spilt the bills in half. So we arent paying for the whole bill by ourselfs.Its a gated area comes with wooden flooring, pool area, a gym, parking. Shared bathroom.
