Washer & dryer in the garage (used for storage) if you want to use the garage for your auto, we can talk about it. Lanai, backyard, dock by the canal. Smoking and vaping outside, no pets. Over night guests occasionally. Utilities, wifi and lawn maintenance not included. $800/month $800 deposit. 3 or 6 month lease starting march 1st. No slobs & no drama
