Mature man, single, no children. Just moved down to the area and found the perfect intercoastal waterfront rental with dock for my baja outlaw speed boat for our enjoyment. I've got a 2 and 1/2-year-old german shepherd who is really playful and fun, so other pets would be depending on compatibility with mine. I'm seeking renters at 2,600 per month per bedroom and can be single occupants or couples. I've checked comparable rentals and this really is truly a great value. Even though it is a large monthly rental cost for four-bedroom renters, it should pan out to about $26 to $2,800 per month per each bedroom rented and it's a 5,000 square foot mansion style property that is truly remarkable.
