You'll be at a walking distance from great shopping plazas!You will be in an hoa community and you will have access to the amenities (pool, tennis courts, volley basketball)it is myself and my teen (15) daughter plus one additional roommate. The property is approximately 2300 sqft home. I do have two cats but they stay on my side of the house. I am open to pets depending on breed and size. There is plenty of street parking.
