I am a working professional graduate student, looking for a responsible, reliable roommate. I have a four year old toddler boy the house is separated, so we wont really be over your head. There is a ground floor, then a common living area and we live on the third floor. Let us know if youre interested we have been here for two years already. Its a newly developed community.
