My son jacob freeman is looking for a roommate:looking for roommate!! I have a fully furnished room available for rent in east lake woodlands community in oldsmar. Move in date is flexible and rent is $1,000 + electric. Water and wifi are included. No pets please. The community is gated with a golf course, tennis courts, and a pool right outside of the condo. This is a 2bed 2bath condo where you will have your own room and recently updated bathroom. Your room will have direct access to the front porch overlooking the pool and there is also a lanai in the back of the condo. There are also all new appliances. There is a washer and dryer plus parking included right outside of the building. This quiet and safe community is located conveniently 30 minutes from both downtown tampa and clearwater. Looking for someone that is clean, organized, and easy to get along with. A little about myself: im 23 from virginia, after graduating from university of virginia i moved down here to work in pharmacy staffing. I enjoy the beach, going out, trying new foods, traveling, playing pickleball, and golfing. Message me if interested!
