Overview

Only parent of a 4 year old. Been just us since he was 14 months old so nothing new. So its just him and i. He stays at my dads at least a couple nights a week so he wont always be here and goes to school 8-5:30 and goes to bed 8:30. Super great kid whose happy and a nice guy. Im a contractor who works 40 plus hours a week and have my llc for side work as well. Im also in columbia universities project management program and graduate end of the year. That being said im busy and gone a lot. I keep the house very clean and expect the same outside of your room which is all you. I have a bar at the house and drink occasionally. Also cannabis friendly but outside. Anything else i wouldnt be okay with at the house. Im new to pa so dont have friends here that come over or anything like that normally. Cool with an occasional planned party or you having friends over but not all the time. Im laid back and easy going. Good sense of humor. I could use the financial help but not if it adds stress or drama. I will not add stress or drama so expect the same.
